I love your self-awareness through this post.

I’ve beenw working through something similar the past few years and then something huge came and ‘knocked me off my rock’ (cancer), but it’s not all bad, it really has made me turn and look at the ocean and see where I want to head next and live in the beauty instead of with my ‘head cemented to a rock’! 😂

Thank you for this beautiful poetic and relatable article Ryan 🙏🏻

Thank you Julie. I hate to hear about the cancer diagnosis, that will definitely knock you off your rock. I hope you’ve conquered it.

Life has a way of getting our attention and waking us up to the reality that life is fragile. Those moments reveal how we’ve lost focus on the things that truly matter.

Thanks for taking the time to read my post and comment. It means a lot.

I like your point of view and appreciate your courage to look inside yourself, see what is happening there, examine it in detail, and keep changing it! We should all do it from time to time, if not regularly. Also, it's great that you work with other men who noticed something is missing. I admire people who are ready to speak honestly about their experiences to help others.

Thank you for the kind words. Life has a way of knocking us off course so it is a good practice to pause and reflect to notice where we have drifted so we can course correct. I am passionate about helping others find their way. Thanks for taking the time to read my post and leave a comment. I appreciate it.
